What We Cover
We warrant our products against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect under normal use, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
What We Do Not Cover
We are not responsible for any product damage caused by:
- Improper installation or use
- User modifications or alterations
- Accidents, abuse, or neglect (Ice Buildup)
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure to follow product instructions or maintenance requirements
- Use in applications for which the product was not designed
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We will review your claim and provide instructions for return or replacement if the claim is approved.
